Launch options[3][4]
  1. Ctrl+click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in Steam Library
  2. Click Properties
  3. Enter the launch option -w 800 -h 600 -refresh 60
  4. Launch the game
  5. Change display settings back to desired resolution
