I tried running it on a clean install of Windows 11 ARM, on launch it shows a Steam "Synchronising Cloud" window but then closes and doesn't launch. I tried updating to the latest Windows Insider Edition as suggested on the wiki but it still does not launch. This should probably change to Not Playable.

Okay, I got it working. I ran Lost Ark (which didn't work) but it seemed to install a few files before starting, then I went back and tried to run AOE and now it works, and so far plays fine in single player mode.
